Subscription & Payments

Premium access is available through a monthly subscription of $9.99 USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Key terms:

• New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial.
• After the trial, your payment method will be charged monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse EdgeBet's services, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent subscription controls, scraping data without permission, using the service for illegal purposes, or sharing your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content, analytics, data visualizations, and branding on EdgeBet are owned by EdgeBet and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Sports data is sourced from third-party providers and used under license.

Limitation of Liability

EdgeBet and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Users may delete their account at any time through the Settings page.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
